Nothing from these acts is in either playlist: Aaron Lee Tasjan, Alex Amen, Anna Moss, Bandits on the Run, Cristina Vane, The Crosby Collective, Dean Johnson, The Deslondes, Dry Branch Fire Squad, DUG, El Khat, Elizabeth Cook, Fantastic Cat, The Flatlanders (Joe Ely tribute), Grace Cummings, Hot Tuna, Ismay, Joel ben Izzy, John Craigie & the Coffis Brothers, Kam Franklin, Langford Hogan & Timms, Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams, Los Lobos, Mama's Broke, Marco and the Polos, Martha Scanlan & Jon Neufeld, Mavis Staples, Meels, Miko Marks, Moonalice, My Morning Jacket, ¿Qiensave?, Rahim AlHaj, Reckless Kelly, The Record Company, SCUFF / Jail Preacher, SF Porchfest (Los Jefes, Seldon, Isabel Dumaa), Shawn Camp, Stacey Earle, Stella Heath Quartet, Steve Poltz, Sweet Sally, Theo Lawrence, The Third Mind, Tift Merritt, Tony Kamel & Kym Warner, Tyler Ballgame, Willy Tea Taylor, Wreckless Strangers.

Method: every track in Starred (918) and Laboratory (950) was pulled from Spotify on Sep 22, 2026 and deduplicated by track ID (1,851 unique; 11 in both). An act counts a track if any credited artist on it is that act or a member named in the billing (so Emmylou Harris picks up a Randy Scruggs duet, Lukas Nelson a live Willie Nelson cut, and Gillian Welch's tracks count for the Welch & Rawlings set). Two different releases of "The Galway Girl" count as two. Robert Plant's day wasn't in the daily schedule I found. Built with a small Python script against the Spotify Web API.
